Refund policy

1. If a DNA test is cancelled after sample has been accessioned (logged in) at Orivet Genetic Pet Care, a refund can be given less an administration & processing fee of $25. This fee is non-refundable.
2. the Purchaser shall pay a restocking fee or an amount determined by Orivet Genetic Pet Care at its sole discretion for handling; and.
3. subject to the provision of clause 10.1 the return of Goods or Services for credit will not be accepted except upon prior written agreement from Orivet Genetic Pet Care.
4. Orivet Genetic Pet Care testing procedures are designed to provide reliable and accurate results.  Orivet Genetic Pet Care is not responsible for any errors in obtaining a sample or for any injuries or loss that may occur as a result.
5. Customers can request a test (payment) be used  a credit for any future testing.
6. If a refund is requested due to dispute of a particular result(s) Orivet Genetic Pet Care will issue refund less costs of the test requested.  All refunds requested must be accompanied with the Refund Request Form. Complete the form and email to accounts@orivet.com.au.
