Shipping policy
1 Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Orivet Genetic Pet Care and or as advertised in the Test and Services Directory, the Purchaser is responsible for paying postage, transportation, and insurance of Goods from Orivet Genetic Pet Care premises to the Purchaser. Risk but not title in such Goods shall pass to the Purchaser upon the loading of the Goods onto the nominated carrier.
2 The Purchaser is responsible for all local taxes and for any customs or import duties payable for Goods and/or Services sold outside Australia.
