How It Works
Step 1: Activate your Kit
After you have placed your order online and received your testing kits in the mail, login to your account to activate your swab/s. Be sure to assign them to the relevant prepaid DNA test available in you breeder portal.
Step 2: Collect your Samples & Send
Pinch the cheek of your animal around the swab bristle heads tightly, then twist and swirl for 10 seconds. Let the samples dry for 10-15 minutes before popping them in the supplied reply-paid envelope and sending them to us.
Step 3: Review your results
Within 3-4 weeks your results will be available. Depending on the tests you have purchased this can reveal detailed health, trait and behavioural insights, identify breed makeup, confirm parentage and more.
